01 / FROM OUR PRINTER TO YOUR DOOR

Made for them.
Delivered to you.

Every roll is printed to order by our print partner. Our delivery options are for UK addresses. Your order contains your wrapping paper; the ribbons, gift boxes and other styling props in our photos aren’t included.

Your delivery options

Choose Budget, Standard, Express or Overnight at checkout. Review the available options for your roll size, quantity and delivery address before you pay.

A quick word about “Overnight”.

Overnight aims for the next working day after the courier collects your parcel. Your paper still needs to be printed first; it does not mean next-day arrival from ordering. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

Production and arrival

Our printer currently lists around 72 hours for production of this wrapping paper, after the paid print order is accepted. Delivery time is additional. Our print partner’s general estimate for Standard UK-to-UK delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Budget is slower than Standard; Express is a faster courier option.

These are supplier estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing can vary with the print facility, destination, courier collection, weekends and bank holidays. If you need your wrap for a particular date, email info@wrap-riot.co.uk before ordering so we can check the current estimate for your service and postcode.

Your order page shows payment confirmation and whether the print order has been submitted. For delivery updates, or if your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.

02 / LET’S GET IT RIGHT

Personalised paper.
Proper support.

Check your masterpiece

Before paying, check the photo crop, spelling, colours, roll size, quantity and delivery address. Your approved artwork is what goes to print. Screen previews are illustrations; screens and printed paper can show colours differently.

Changes and cancellations

Photo wrapping paper and other designs made to your personal instructions are personalised goods. The usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to those items. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We’ll check whether production can still be stopped, but we can’t promise a change or cancellation after an order has gone to print.

If you buy a product that is not personalised or made to your specifications, any applicable statutory cancellation rights still apply.

Something wrong with your order?

If your wrap arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or unfit for its intended purpose, please email info@wrap-riot.co.uk. Include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue and packaging. We’ll explain the next step and any return arrangements. Please contact us before posting anything to the printer.

Your consumer rights still apply.

Personalisation does not remove your rights when goods are faulty or not as described. Any refund, repair or replacement you are legally entitled to remains available.

03 / YOUR PHOTO IS YOUR BUSINESS

Big on personality.
Clear on privacy.

Wrap Riot is operated by Kyri Jones, who is responsible for how this shop uses your personal information. For privacy questions or requests, email info@wrap-riot.co.uk.

What happens to your photo

  1. While you design: your selected photo is processed in your browser to make the preview.
  2. When you continue to checkout: your photo, print artwork, preview and design choices are uploaded to our private order storage, even if you don’t finish paying.
  3. When payment is confirmed: the artwork and delivery details needed for your order are passed to our printing and delivery providers for production and dispatch.

Only upload photos you have permission to use. If a photo shows another person, make sure you have appropriate permission, including from a parent or guardian for a child’s photo. We do not publish customer uploads in our gallery or use them in our advertising.

Information used to run your order

We store your order choices, artwork, payment status, payment reference, email and delivery details to process the purchase, provide support and deal with disputes. Stripe collects your payment information; we do not receive your full card number. Without the information needed to take payment and deliver, we can’t fulfil your order.

We use order information to carry out our contract with you, records needed to meet legal obligations, and relevant security and support information for our legitimate interests in operating the shop and preventing misuse. Where an uploaded image or delivery details concern someone else, we use them for the legitimate interest of fulfilling the requested personalised order.

Who helps us provide the service

Our service providers include Stripe for payments, printing and delivery providers for fulfilment, and ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and order storage. Our email provider processes messages you send to us. These providers receive the information needed for their part of the service and may operate internationally. You can read Stripe’s privacy notice and Cloudflare’s privacy notice, or ask us about the handling of your order and the providers involved.

Cookies and keeping your order

We use a secure, essential cookie called wr_session to link this browser with your order for up to 30 days. Clearing it, using a different browser or letting it expire can remove access from that browser. That does not delete the order or its uploaded files.

Retention depends on whether an order is unfinished, in production, being supported or needed for a refund, dispute or accounting obligation. Uploaded files do not currently have a fixed automatic deletion date. Contact us to request deletion; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved claim. Stripe and our other providers have their own retention arrangements.

The shop does not currently use advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Stripe may use cookies for its separate checkout, security and payment features.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion, restriction or a portable copy where applicable. You can also object to uses based on legitimate interests. Email us and we’ll assess your request, confirming your identity where necessary. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

04 / THE AGREEMENT

A few practical
things.

Who you’re buying from

Wrap Riot is operated by Kyri Jones. Your contact for orders, questions and complaints is info@wrap-riot.co.uk. Our print partner produces and dispatches on our behalf; your purchase is with Wrap Riot.

Contact address: Gordon Road, Portslade, BN41 1GL, United Kingdom.

Your order

Choose your design, customise it, select the roll size and quantity, review your preview and checkout details, then continue to Stripe to pay. You can change the design and selection before continuing. Check your address carefully at checkout. Payment authorises us to submit the approved design for production.

Our rolls use 95gsm satin paper, 70 cm wide, in lengths of 100, 200, 300 or 500 cm. The minimum is one roll. These are one-off purchases, not a subscription. Ordering and support are in English.

If checkout is explicitly labelled as a test, no real payment is taken and nothing is printed or shipped.

Your artwork

You keep ownership of the images you upload. You give us and our production providers permission to use those images only as needed to process, print, deliver and support your order. You must have the rights and permission to use the content you submit. Please do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

A low-resolution or blurred photo can produce a soft print. Please review the preview and any image warnings before ordering. This does not limit your rights if the finished product is faulty or does not match its description.

If there’s a problem

Contact us first so we can investigate payment, artwork or delivery issues. If we cannot fulfil an accepted, paid order, we will arrange a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes or reduces your statutory consumer rights.
